I've been having this issue every single time that I tried to convince someone into joining an online earning site: most of them expect to make fortunes and when they realize that this is close to impossible they give up. in such conditions I find it harder to convince someone to keep being active, rather than convincing that person to actually join the site

It is impossible to people who easily give up. There are many opportunities online but of course it is not for everybody. If you are a good writer, filmmaker and photographer you can make money writing articles supported by your own videos and photos. It is impossible for Those who cannot write English. There are so many opportunities online. If you are a teacher, you can teach online. You can sell your services on Fiverr, etc.

Same problem I have in convincing people to join online jobs. They would rather join on quick money schemes than waste their time according to them, on jobs like writing. They are even more willing to join on pyramiding schemes which I actually think dishonest and scam, where they can earn big amount of money through cycle except it is not a cycle because if the members won't be able to get referrals the earnings stop and a lot of people loses their money.
