Healthy and organic. Not to mention they are sweet too.
My brother gave this big squash.
I know i will be sharing this.to my other brother, still big or a lot.for me.
Squash and string beans sauteed with pork.
Vegetable soup with squash and moringga leaves livally known as dinengdeng.
Or that another soup dish with tomato sauce recipe from another region.
How about tempura? Or mashed it?
Hmmm. What is the best or your favorite recipe with squash?

The only squash I've ever had is spaghetti squash. It was pretty good. I'll have to try new kinds :-)

We usually cook it with crabs and ampalaya leaves.
We have squash at home, actually 2 big ones, and we are thinking what we are going to do with them. The third one was already given away. I think the other two will be cooked, one as a dessert. Hihihi!
We will boil it then mash then add condensed milk.

@Lucky15 Hihi yup. My brother cooked something like that once and I liked it. I don't know when we are going to butcher those squash. Haha "butcher". Because they are really big ones and those were given to us for free.

Cook it with coconut milk and string beans. They often do that in the canteen where I usually eat. Tastes good.

My kids love squash. I roasted some slices of spaghetti squash in the oven with a bit of butter and fresh diced garlic last fall. It was simple and easy, and the kids both thought it was great. I put a few pieces of red onion in there on the same pan, too. Yum!

I like to take a butter nut squash, cut it in half. and take out the seeds. Then, add butter and syrup in the hole area. Then bake it at around 350 degrees for 45 minutes. It turns out so nice and tasty.
