Those of us looking for weight loss have to choose our diets carefully. By weight loss I do not mean people who are obviously fat but those who have been gaining a bit since the last year or so. Simple sugars and sodas are the foremost in causing unnecessary weight gain. Other food stuffs include cookies, chocolates, cakes, fast food and beer. Choosing your diet carefully can prevent a fair bit of weight gain.

@gaurav11 waah!! Witty and motivating, I'm generally fit but the flab is still there, little bit, nevertheless I stayed exercising. I'm also a bit like this.. coz food is a sense of belonging... That's what I do :) .. what do you do? Where in Delhi do you stay?
Mum was right, fights add essence to the relationship. I silently peep in to look at my husband.
