This pertains to the reunion I went 2 years ago, I can't imagine someone who is that close to me as If she was your family, and now felt like we're completely strangers, I don't if she's shy or I don't know what her reason but there's this awkward feeling , we just exchange our Hi and hello's . Do you have any experience like this?

People tend to distance themselves away after sometime if they are not in contact . I had many school friends but now seeing them in college ..feels like they never knew me . Time changes everything.

yeah I agree, though time doesn't change my feeling about them, maybe it's because we are not all the same and has different personalities.

i agree, looking back you share a lot , and talk almost anything under the sun then after all the years flown , you expect that nothing has changed between you and her but you got the exact opposite as you see each other again .

@twentysix76 i find it normal really but not offensive. i understand that we mature in some ways afters years and years of dealing with different kinds of people, jobs, problems.. we are no longer childish after 12years. maybe she was waiting for that moment that you two can start catching up but never really happened.

12 years, I don't know the reason it's just that our communication stopped when she left to study at her province.

@MGjhaud I warmly approached her, and sit beside her to catch up on the years , but the response is dry. well, maybe a second meet up will do, though we are both busy with our family. Hope she'll open a facebook or twitter perhaps for us to have a chat.

I think she doesn't know how to approach you my dear friend. Time flies so fast and people also changed with so many reasons.

Yes, and I consider that normal. People change.
