A Good Way to Express Stress

What's your way of expressing stress? You've read and heard about how to deal with stress as I have. How helpful are the tips? What is the most helpful tip you can share? We go on our daily lives encountering various kinds of stress and we can deal with them in many ways. Do we talk about it with a person we considered as our confidante? Do we write about it? Is anger or a bad temper a form of expressing the famous stress. Who among us sing their stress away? Some may eat their way to stress free state.
I'm guilty on the last one. I eat and eat and eat and eat until my stress is far from driving me to my boiling point. It's a good thing my metabolism works thrice as hard too.

Two weeks ago I came across Joyce Meyer's tweet regarding the 14 day dealing with stress and it helped me lot. I took the time to pray and write on my journal on what made me stressed out and how to deal with people that's giving me stress. It was effective. On other days, i ride my bicycle and just climb up the hill. I speed up to relieve my stress. It feels good.

It's amazing that you keep a journal, I only know a few people who keeps journal.
