What's your favourite precious gem?

Rubies, pearls, opal, topaz, diamonds...all precious gems and stones are fascinating but I find sapphires very beautiful. Whether set in rings, brooches or necklaces, they look very royal. What is your favourite precious gem?

Amethyst is my birthstone but I love diamonds too. Currently, I love wearing accessories with cubic zirconia.

Actually none of the above is my precious gem . . . One of our 3 sons is named Gem (Gemerald). He is my precious gem!

I'm honestly not one to wear much jewellery, and when I do it's not the precious stones I go for. I love many of the semi-precious stones like carnelian, citrine quartz, amber, and amethyst.

because i visited brazil twice, so i know gem in brazil is famous in the world, and there are many international top brand there. i like topaz most. but it's expensive.
