Those who lived at college, what things do you miss most about college living?

I was thinking about college undergrad living and some things I commonly miss.
I miss the ready access to full all you can eat dining halls, access to anything you could possibly need academically, daily living wise, entertainment wise at your fingertips. I missed the feeling of being part of a big shared experience of college life and the freedom without too much responsibility. I miss, at least for me, the feeling that all that mattered in that moment was college and life on campus. Walking around campus and passing by friends. Having a shared experience to share with all the other students, always something to talk about. Really just so much of the experience, and always having something to do!
How about you?

i miss those times too. i started living away from home since high school. i get to do things on my own and learn how to handle it alone since then. it was hard sometimes but it was fun at the same time.
i didnt live inside the campus but i lived in a house close by. it was just me but i have my own tv, computer and some stuff that i enjoy.

I miss being in a community with many diverse people. I had floor mates and neighbors from all over the world.

I agree, that was a great experience. Having such a diverse group all on one floor!
