So I did lost a few pounds

Philippines
April 6, 2016 6:00pm CST
I made a post yesterday doubting about my recent weight because my scale isn't digital and could be adjusted if the zero isn't on the center. So, this morning I did have it check with and turns out Real That moringa has made dump a lot even for one day, but wow I didn't know i could loose this much after three days making shakes on it. Well, they don't call it miracle tree for nothing. For now, there's still plenty of leaves hoping for me to get more. I was thinking of buying another wonder core / six pack care before now, but maybe balanced exercise and diet w/ veggies is probably enough. I had one but I gave it to my brother since he's the only sibling that doesn't have exercise equipment yet. But I will continue my commitment in eating vegetables in a daily basis, even though it's just one or two meals a day... I couldn't get rid of the regret part though, were I could have done this years ago or something If you're on diet, or exercise, better not give up. Some one here said it's not about loosing weight, it's changing your life style and I'm doing it, feels great.

I have to slim down a bit, mainly because I´m not too young or too healthy. But 5 kilos less would make me completly happy.

Good for you @Letranknight2015 - you're reaching your goals! As a family, we are trying to do more "physical" things too - at least on the weekends - and I'm trying to get fast paced walking in on my own. The hard part for me is the food - I wasn't born a rabbit but we're trying to be more vegetable based too.

@Letranknight2015 Wow, you've gained a lot of will power with the food - I am still horrible with that. We add more vegetables, but admit I still eat some bad stuff. I feel like the vegetables cancel them out - ha ha - but you know in reality it doesn't work that way.

Yiu can add a little protein to your vegetable meal, bro. Tuna or any fish is protein, so you will acquire that 6-pack abs, with exercise of course

I've research my friend@Yar_Joey that tuna has high purine that might send my uric acid back on track. But I think the inihaw fish will do, right?

@Letranknight2015 yes, it does not matter 'inihaw' (anyhow). That is best to "burn off" the uric acid.

Why is moringa helpful? I know it is supposed to have protein and other things that are good for you, but I only have tea, which I have not yet been brave enough to try.

Said to treat more than 300 types of disease, moringa oleifera is a healing tree offering more than 92 nutrients and 46 antioxidants to boost health.

If you change your diet and lifestyle, you will gain back all the loss weight again. Best to continue this habit, even if you do not need to lose weight.

Hello @scheng1 I think I won't gain the fat much anymore if i continue to eat vegetables and exercise everyday. it's okay to take a break one or ttwo days but I should not stop myself from eating vegetables.

Hello @lady1993 I might try jogging again once I've lost the pounds required by the doctor, it was my weight that caused me to have knee injuries. i could jog again once that happens. well, better find your own motivation, it was the latest check up that motivated me.

Well, In my experience @PapaBits , i think the way it helped me through indigestion has some how caused me to shed away the unwanted fat in my body. No i still think my diet and exercise made the effort, it's just moringa provided the vitamins more.. How ever, I've search okra can be benefited to weight loss because it's low calorie and high fiber nutrients
