I am constantly trying to meet my 10,000 steps a day. Getting there gets me out of the chair several times a day!

I walk 30 to 45 minutes every morning. That's regarding exercise routine.

I have a series of stretches and lifting of small weights and walking that I do nearly every day. If I could change anything, I would do more running. I wish I could run more.

@quickinstinct,After getting up early in the morning I do yoga and pranayams [ breathing exercises ].Then I leave for my workplace.In the evening I go for long walk.Everyday I cover 5-7 kms.Is this enough for a young man of 27.

I don't do any particular exercise. I'd like to be closer to some yoga or tai chi classes.
