Two Ingredient Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Just ate one with a cuppa! My granddaughters love these, so easy, moist and delicious.
Just need chocolate cake mix and 15 ounce can pumpkin purée! It will be very thick!
I used paper cupcake liners, but you do not need to, just spray with cooking spray.
Bake 400 degree for 20 minutes or until done!

I hate it when of two ingredients, one is a mix. Since I can't get mixes here (any kind, especially gluten free) I would have to make the mix up myself, which would be lots more ingredients. However, this is a nice idea and if I ever find a can of pumpkin sometime similar would be great to try.

@Margielynn I can sometimes find gluten-free cake mixes on Amazon or other places.

This may be one I will try. I will probably also add some nuts. I will have to freeze them though.Chocolate cake mix goes on the list for shopping. I always seem to have pumpkin.

It is also good with yellow cake mix with pumpkin pie spice!
