There is no substitute to hard work not even at myLot

I'm here solely because I enjoy it. The money is so little that it's not worth stressing over in order to reach goals. If I needed money I'd have to find something else to do.

Hard to say, because I pop in here around other tasks. For example, today I was participating in discussions between doing surveys on Mturk and some of the household chores like laundry. My participation tends to be very spread out, but I don't spend as much time here as it sometimes seems. You're absolutely right that myLot is better as a place to enjoy the interaction than a place to earn. Several years ago I tried to treat it as a place to earn, and it just wasn't anywhere near as enjoyable as it is when I take it less seriously.

I am not really sure. I come on and off all day.

I try to be on for at least an hour. Sometimes if I really get into posting, commenting, and liking I can be on here for hours

I probably spend too long here but it's better than house-work. :)

I'm probably here 12-18 hours per day. I do not have a job but neither am I on benefits/welfare...I just have savings. Just because I'm here that long I don't post...I'd say 90% of my time is spent reading.

im available all day and night so im here everyday. sometimes i set a goal amount but there are times that i just want to listen to the music and read some of the discussions here..

It's a great site. With conversations and interactions the money flows naturally. It takes effort and time but you can't force it.

I am with you. The reason why I came back here on mylot was to unwind from my very hectic schedule. Earning big? Not for me. I'm here to enjoy and have some fun, and to relax.

i agree 'n felt the same 'bout 'that other place'. if'n ya can't be here fer the enjoyment 'n 'nstead to fret o'er the monetary, somehow i fear folks're missin' the point. 's fer how much time i spend here??? way more'n i'd e'er thought, lol.

I pop in and out several times a day. The time I am here depends on what else is going on in my life. I use other sites besides myLot. I work part time and am involved in other things also.

Four to five hours is about my usual @allknowing . I make more doing surveys, so this site for me, is chit-chat time.

I am a newbie here, got here in my search for better posts other than tons of summer selfie in FB that is rampant now..as an introvert..I love being in read-mode only, that is why I prefer good points being discussed..not just mere pictures everywhere...

I agree with you completely on this. Even if you put in several hours here you still will not make it big lol. I am here for several hours each day and I only earn a few cents a day. It is more for me to come to vent and be entertained then it is to earn money. I wouldn't come if I didn't earn anything but I do earn a little for my efforts and its fun!

I can't exactly count the exact hour of stay because I pop in from time to time within the day. I interact for few minutes then disappear to do some chores, then come back when I am free again, then disappear again to do something else.

Thank you for posting this. I see one after another discussion about this. How do I earn at MyLot? Like they are going to get rich. Or like the answer is: kick your feet up and relax- the money wil come to you! Not.

There is no fixed time for me to spend here daily. Some time I devote 3-4 hours a day and sometimes I don't even log in here. It all depends on the leisure time I get.

I just keep going. I have no idea how long I spend on here. I literally refresh the page and interact with people even while doing school work. It is fun. I can't help it, I love this place.
