Does it bother you when you spend a lot of time explaining something or helping someone and once they have got what they wanted, they walk away without saying thank you or even acknowledging your help.
Does ingratitude bother you or do you take this in your stride?

I never expect anything in return not even thanks also, I will help people if I can, and never wait for their word thanks, I just move out and never bothered, but I have oberved some of the people they do bother and going on thinking about it and I don't think it is so important.

My life is busting at the seams with such instances.

@Dawwriter Most people do thank us.But if they do not I just ignore that. These days I never expect gratitude.

When it happens at work and it does happen a lot, I have no choice but to take in in stride. What I hate is when people don't want to listen to me when I'm sharing with them a better way to do things. Many say they've been doing it a certain way for years and know what they're doing when in fact they don't really know. ( I work in a grocery store as a cashier).

It's nice if people say thank you
