Proper time to exercise?

Every morning I would do some light stretching on the bed but not so much because I ate just a fruit and wait at least an hour or two before I could do more stretching and exercise.
Unfortunately, I don't exercise at all If i waited for too long because there's no work out for me with out a little bit on my stomach.
I wonder what's your proper time to exercise? do you eat small breakfast before you work out?

Hello @Yar_Joey I usually eat just the banana in the morning, and then afternoon I would eat another but by a form of shake w/ the moringa leaves. walking is a natural form of exercise,but lately i just do it at the garden.

@Letranknight2015 Yes, by just visiting your garden is now a form of exercise and also bringing your pet dog to tag along

Hello @PapaBits so what protein do you eat? well, that's the problem sometimes thre are moments i eat a bit more after the work out.

@Letranknight2015 have 4-5 eggs then separate the egg white. You can throw away the yolk because it contains lots of calories which is unhealthy. Add salt in the egg white and mix. Place it in the oven and wait for 3 minutes. Then mix it again and place it in the oven for another 5 minutes. Then you have yourself protein meal :D oh it bananas with eat for your sugar and potassium needs and also it helps preventing your body from muscle aches after workout. cheers :D

I always think it's good to do exercise in the morning. I used to go jogging in the morning (for a short period only). I found out that I have to eat something, but not too much, either way would make me not feeling well. So, I usually just drank a cup of Milo, and a few biscuits. Well, these might not be healthy food, but easy for me to eat in the morning. Perhaps a energy bar would be better?

@Letranknight2015 I don't take energy bar as well, it's expensive and I don't like it too. I think banana is good! If you can't go jogging, perhaps fast walking or just normal walking might be good too?

Hello @kaka135 Well, for me that would be too expensive if i have to go for the energy. I just drink coffee and banana morning before the exercise. I tried jogging before but i experience knee pain every time.

Basically it's just accompanying my husband to the park for his jogs then get some of the local breakfasts like fried fritters for the morning porridge and a walk upstairs to the apartment avoiding to use the escalator.

Hello @artemeis what sort of workouts do you do? must be tough exercising,preparing breakfast and then go to work.

How long does your walking last? @ida123 I eat my breakfast immediately minutes after my last exercise.

Before going to bed is the best time for me. It helps me sleep better and for some reason my energy level seems to creep in later in the day. I can barely function in the morning though I sometimes might go for a walk.

Hello @cupkitties I don't know if I can do that before going to bed because I would be too tired. Other thing about exercising after morning is that i tend to have head aches before or after it.

Tues and Thursday I do my workout and stretching,pump a little iron.
There is no proper time.You should make a schedule and work it from there.
For me.Monday,Wednesday,Friday is tennis and Zumba.
tuesday and thursday is my work out.Been doing this for years

Hello @amadeo I did some push ups but not long because my wrist started hurting after 2 minutes of push up.It's a good to have different routine of exercise. my basketball would come in sometime next month through the box, i might do some dribbling exercise too.

I don't exercise but I walk going to work and when I go back home. Also, I do chores.
I don't work out. Sometimes, I eat breakfast, sometimes, I don't if I'm tired working the whole night.

That's already exercise enough, @rina110383 as long as your body is moving. house chores already makes you sweat but for not so much unless you go through the edges and dust them over.

Personally i don't exercise in morning it feel like an empty stomach not enough for my types of exercise which i like to do. So i do exercise in the evening with full of energy.

@akhleshsrm I don't think that kind of exercise is good for me, by evening I'm already tired and not practical since its hard for me to sleep if i exercise at night.
