Akhlesh Kumar Personally i don't exercise in morning it feel like an empty stomach not enough for my types of exercise which i like to do. So i do exercise in the evening with full of energy.

Akhlesh Kumar When u start a day with freshness all day goes good .I prefer to do yogas and some streching exercises to keep me fit and fresh throughout the day.
