With all the changes in this world, lifestyle disease started to affect the people. It is an illness that result to people lifestyle’s choices. Lifestyle illnesses are just resulted to smoking and drinking alcohol. The top causative factors are drinking and intake of unhealthy products. In the context of unhealthy lifestyle ends up to have diabetes or liver diseases. The best prevention is to quit people’s bad habits. That includes the fast food culture that we have, plus the sedentary lifestyle because almost everything is done for us or made easier through technology. Thus we are still the one making our own lifestyle choices. We just need to modify our lifestyle in considering good health.

It can be done, but a lot of factors will be considered.
Just like internet, what we're doing right now is one of the lifestyle disease. Sitting for hours infront of computers will affect our health big time.

@zaga_cleuth I agree. When it comes to technology, there are a lot of people so addicted in using computers especially playing computer games.

Well for me it's okay to eat at fast foods , as long as you are not dong them often . And added to that , you should always do exercise for at least 30 minutes a day ,
As for me i get to exercise only on weekends . Though at the office i get to have a lot of exercise because our comfort rooms are outside of our office and i see to it that walk fast . I urinate a lot so that's a lot of walk to and fro also.

I did not know there was such disease. I don't drink or smoke, but I do eat out quite often.

That's a lot easier said than done, even for those of us who are convinced. I don't drink or smoke and I try to avoid processed food and so on, but my work demands that I sit for hours each day, which is not good. It's said that walking around for 10 minutes for each hour of sitting can make a big difference but even that isn't always possible.

Today some diseases haven't found out the reasons, but it has something to do with our lifestyle. It really has an effect on our health. If we sit all the time without more exercises, eating a lot etc. Then it will lead to many healthy problems.

It is strange that food (unheathy food), a basic need, is actually harming so many of us.

@Shavkat Several years ago i didn't have the time too. But I have decided I need to change my life. It's not all about earning money, I have to take care of myself too and enjoy. I committed to doing yoga and cycling. I willed it.
