Do you like to exercise?

Some people do it because they "have to". Some people do it because it's the best thing to do to maintain a healthy lifestyle. There are some people that hate it but there are also some people that love it! What about you? Do you like to exercise? Sometimes I need a little motivation but I always feel really good after exercising.

I like to go for exercise but I am not able to go in the morning as I am waking up very late in the morning time. But, in the evening, I am going for walk for around 30-40 minutes.

@saurabhrmp That's what I do and if I'm on top of things I can usually get to a more harder workout eventually. It's best to not try and do much right away or your body will not thank you for that!

I will be honest I don't like it. But I do it to lose weight and get healthier.

I can't say I love it, but I do feel much better afterwards. My favorite way to exercise is doing aerobics in a pool. I can do so much more there with little effort and the rewards are tremendous!

Yeah sometimes you just really don't want to but I can't think of a time when I didn't want to then did and didn't feel better afterwards.

@CRK109 Exactly, it's just a matter of making yourself do it and then you'll find that you are indeed happier.

@Bellatricks What I really love about exercise is how it makes us feel happier. Our brains love the oxygen that exercise brings. So that's another reason to give in and just do it! :)

I really like exercising. I always have a problem in getting myself out there and to start working out. But most of the times, I love the feeling I get after a good workout. I especially enjoy doing yoga and I love seeing my flexibility improve. I love the way my muscles feel while I'm stretching them out. Basically it feels liberating in a weird way and I feel really confident and productive!!

I do try it but my cervical has gone worst so my doctor recommended not to have neck and shoulder exercises for the time being.

I liked what I did today. I swam about twenty lengths of the pool and played table tennis for a couple of hours.

I love to exercise, though now I am limited to cycling for some 20-30 minutes and a little walking. I love to do it everyday whenever I could.

Do you ride an actual bike or do you use an exercise bike?

I am one of those because it's good for you. It's part of the daily routine. Not something I look forward to. Like eating veggies every day.
