Admor @Bellatricks My favorite and is anaerobic weights workout 4 times a week and after that, in the same workout I do aerobic like running or ski machine. all workout is about one hour and half.

Admor So beutiful ! I never seen owl's nest in the reality or even only owl on tree, the only place I have see that is on tv national geographic channels haha

Admor I exercise at least 4 times a week and I feel great!! its integral from my lifestyle and if I stop exercise a may to feel very bad.
