I feel usually scared when people around start showing racist behaviour towards my own country where I was adopted from. I moved to Finland when I was 1 years old but still for some damn reason some people think they can judge me because I was not born here. Putted short when thinking I think I mostly m scared of people judging me.
Well last time I was scared was when my dad had stomacaghe and he did not want to stress my mom to drive him to nurse and he called for an ambulance. Well since there was no doctor on ambulance hospital decided to send a doctor with a helicopter. It was really crazy feeling to wake up at the morning to feel cold breeze to come trough your closed windows, then wake up, check outside and be like "Ohp. Its JUST a helicopter..", then go back to bed and then realize what I just had seen and be like "WHAT A %#) HELICOPTER!?! UNDER MY WINDOW?! O_O"'
Also I think I m scared every time I try calling my mother on phone and she does not answer.

Racism is rampant all around the world. People of one location, color or culture sometimes discriminate others just because they feel that they are superior. The reality is however totally opposite. Usually those who show racist behaviour are the ones who have been humiliated by others, may be in their community or in their own family, or they might be weaker than you in some aspects so to hide their weakness they try to dominate over you. Behaving in this manner they try to show that they are very strong, but in reality they are the most weakest and the most vulnerable ones.
Here i would like you to watch the following song by Taylor Swift and If next time you encounter racist behaviour from anyone, just sing this song in your mind. You will feel much better.
I hope your dad is doing well now.

It used to happen when I was still going to collage. I felt terrible pain in my head. I was afraid that it would be dangerous disease. The pain was so terrible that I was not able to sleep. This went on for almost a year. Until now I don't know what caused it

You should have got it thoroughly checked by a medical specialist. One year is quite a long time. Ideally we should not ignore the signs of discomfort arising from our body. I hope all is well with your health now.

Its a natural phenomena. People who comes in our life are some day going to leave us or we would ultimately leave them. We can't fight against nature's laws. However how we spend our time with them while they are around is the question we should focus on.

Yes, when we went up to Pikes peak when I was little. The road was very thin and there was no rail on the side of the mtn, two cars tried to pass one another and one fell over the cliff and got hung up in the trees. That was really scary because it was way up in the mountains.
