1 Weeek Holidays

So today was my last day at worrk, I have a 1 week holidays which is real welcome.There are tensions last 2 weeks so im glad to get away from it for now. Thinking of even looking for a new job,it`s more and more hostile for reasons I cant even explain.My 2 work mates are always fighting and im expected to take sides(l cant) So,will enjoy long sleepins,walks and just do what i please and not listen to bickering for a week.

It's bad enough to have to work, but when you have fellow employees who fight all the time, it just makes a bad situation worse. I don't blame you at all for wanting to look for another job.

Having a job you aren't happy with is very unpleasant. But you need the job I guess you deal with it...enjoy your week off.

Enjoy your week's holiday. It is a shame there is so much bickering at work. I used to hate the office politics not that I was exposed to it much.

It's not easy when coworkers want you to take sides when they're arguing. Lucky for me I've never had a problem like that with my coworkers.

i was once in your position and they got ok without me choosing sides but it went on for a long time. i just ignored them.. anyway, thats a long vacation and i hope you'll be able to enjoy and relax. take care..

The boss( the boss to 4 of us)once made a list of complaints to take higher up and told me stand by her and support her in her complaint.I was horrified. I just do try and stay away from it all as best as i can. Thanks i will enjoy my vacation

I think you can make use of this holiday week to search for new job. You can attend the job interview without anyone knowing about it.

@miniam In this case, you can check if you are due for any medical appointment. If you need to do your teeth or something, you can get off work for a couple of days! That will mean more peaceful time.

Lol, dont make me laugh,finding a job is not that fast, im prepared to send about 50 applications before getting a new job (which i really don't want)what i want is to be able to keep my job in peace till April next year then retire.

It's difficult when coworkers bicker and try to put others in the middle. Just say you wish to stay out of it. Hopefully you have a boss that will intervene if needed.

It`s a difficult situation,you dont stay in the middle you feel abit guilty, you stay in the middle you have to take sides which is wrong.
