At last I have my power back

For almost a week now,I have been without power after a fault occurred to the connection line that services my area.Sometimes the power people just seem to take forever when it comes to them making some repairs.
Given that they were already informed of the power black-out,I had no option but to wait for them to come calling and do the necessary. But I couldn't help feeling at a loss just when I had set some goals to do something great here in Mylot before the end of this month.
But anyway I know there is still some time left for me to achieve.

@waflay a week is just too long. Hope that won't ever happen again.

That is such a long time but in fairness probably the damage is great, something like that usually happens here after a powerful typhoon, terrible situation to be in

@waflay you should consider buying an UPS if you make a lot online and don't like your work to be interrupted

I have fortunately never lost power for so long, the worst I ever has was a power surge caused by a storm which destroyed my computer. It had everything on it. I then sent it to a company to see if they could recover, it was too destroyed. That was a little problem they fixed the cables the next day, I can't imagine 6 days, worrying about the food in the fridge, my stove is electric so no cooking and no hot water.
