Julian did pretty good last night and the night before with sleeping. The night before last he slept through the night! He slept from 11pm-7:30am!! I was thrilled! Last night he didn't do bad either, he slept from 11pm-6am. I didn't feel too bad at that time so I thought I was going to stay up for the day. I changed my mind when he was sleeping so peacefully again, and thought it might be a good idea to get a couple more hours in.
I made a mistake on that one! I am feeling really tired after getting that little bit of extra sleep. Have you ever gotten more sleep and felt worse than you did before it?

Julian sounds like he's doing well with his sleeping. My kids were all terrible night time sleepers when they were infants. Yes, it's easy to get too much sleep and feel groggy but I bet you still needed that extra sleep

@Marilynda1225 Yes he is doing really good. =) All of mine fully slept through the night by 3 or 4 months old-thank God! I can't imagine that I got too much sleep because I am so behind from being up through the night with the baby. My body is apparently confused! Lol

Yes, it has happened a good couple of times where I've gone to sleep and woke up more tired then when I went to sleep.

Oh, yes. With depression, my sleep routine is screwy at best. I have had the opportunity to sleep more and when I do it is as if I didn't sleep at all. Ugh!

It's the main reason I never nap in the day like many do, I always feel worse than before I napped. Not worth taking a nap in my opinion.

@Fishtiger58 Yup I agree, I don't take naps either for the same reason.

@gochunehal Isn't it crazy how our bodies do that to us?
