Instead of Bengay or something similar I used a lidocaine lotion. Seems OK so far. Knee feels better, upper arm..not really sure. I should get some more muscle rub though not really sure I have any or maybe just a small amount....

Erly Maglangit @Kandae11 yes it's awful we're not informed before the cut of water supply. The info from water District was delivered very late. They replaced many damaged pipes due to road constructions.
