After being under weather of depression, I managed to activate my so called Happy Hormones. It is normal that we experience unhappiness depending the level scale in our lives. However, if you are unhappy consistently for a long time, then it is better to consult a doctor. Our hormones that contribute to being happy can be activated by us and be interpreted by our brain to release certain hormones to our body. How did I simply activated my happy hormones?
First, I do daily simple exercises such a s brisk walking. The release of serotonin activated by wondering around the city and gives pleasures to myself.
Second, the good performance evalutation in my online teaching drives me to be motivated. The short-term goals are starting to be achieved by having simple action plans. The dopamine will be released along with the feeling of achievement in lives.
Third, I had also activated my love hormone called oxytocin by getting in touch with my close friends. A simple hug and catching up in our lives blossom the new love bonded together for years.
There are so many Happy Hormones that can be activated and it varies from one person to another. There is no limitation, since we can control our lives to be happy. From now on, I will make my hormones be activated to stay happy and attracts the power of optimism in life.

I know for a fact that exercise releases happy hormones. I experience that every time i do yoga and go for a long ride on my bicycle. In addition, I surround myself with positive people.

@toniganzon If this particular person continued to be in darkness, then he or she needs psychiatric assistance.
