I Wish I were that Fat Now!

I came across a fat picture of me taken on vacation in Florida, before we bought our condo, several years ago. At least I thought I was fat then.
Having looked at it now, I wish I were that fat again!
I could stand to lose a good 10 pounds, but would be happy with 5.
And you?

Yeah, you were really overweight there weren't you?
I could probably do with losing 7 pounds but I've been saying that for over 10 years now!!! If I really put my mind to it I could do it in a couple of months but I'm not too sure I'm prepared to deprive myself in order to achieve it.

I had been skinny for most of my life and the only time I was happy with my weight was when my son was three years old. I tried to maintain my weight but I failed a bit coz i became 49kg again. But now i'm slowly gaining back my weight and i'm now at 54kg. My ideal weight is 55kg. I stand 5'4".

@DianneN that's a very common concept for us all but I think real health is when we eat the right kind of food and have the right kind of nutrition.

I think you look quite lovely and like you don't need to lose a pound but then most of us are a little hard on ourselves.

I think you look far from fat silly girl. :) I could lose some pounds. Increments of 10 would make me happy. But then sometimes I look in the mirror and think I like the way I look! I think sometimes we are hard on ourselves when really, we're all beautiful. :)

@DianneN Is every 5 pounds a dress size? I didn't know that. I need to get myself disciplined! :)

Your not fat at all. I am 4'11'' and weigh 137 pounds. I'm just starting a low sodium diet today so hoping with that i'll be able to lose some weight and stay away from fast food for awhile.

@DianneN Since you said that you wished to be 'that fat' I assumed you had lost weight

Dianne, don't take this the wrong way (since I know you're married), but you look hot in that photo! And that's a sincere compliment!
