What to gift a guy who has everything?

So my first marriage anniversary is coming up, and I've been pulling my hair out, trying to figure out what to get my husband for a gift.
I've thought of all the usual things. A watch (his sister just got him one), a leather wallet (his sister got him that too), a belt, a shirt, a new phone, a laptop, a bag, what????
My husband is a simple guy, and he likes simple things. Nothing funky, nothing too sappy, nothing fancy. He loves gadgets but since I know nothing about it, I don't want to risk it. Beer, whiskey, sure. But that still doesn't count as a gift.
Then I thought, a billiards cue! He loves to play and he would really like this gift. But turns out he already has one at his friend's place, I just didn't know about it.
Why is this so difficult? :(

@sulynsi Hey! What you laughing at? That's what it is. Don't you have that tradition over there? I thought it was a universal thing.
1st year - paper
2nd year - cotton
and so on....
I think it starts easy, expecting you'll have less money. So you could start 1st year as a dollar bill or a paper hat. 2nd year a pair of knickers. Or you could even try the knickers for the 1st year, if they were made of rice paper. Edible - if you know what I mean.
