Philippines: Max's Restaurant's New Adobo Rice

Yes, Adobo Rice is a new add on to Max Restaurant's menu. Other variants of this are the Tinola Rice and the Danggit Rice. Adobo is a dish that uses vinegar and soy sauce marinade to pork, chicken, or even vegetables. Tinola is a soup based chicken dish, usually made with sliced papaya and pepper leaves Danggit is salted, and sun dried rabbit fish. It is best eaten with rice.

I love danggit with fried rice . I think i can call also my fried rice , with lots of garlic and bits of adobo in it , as adobo rice ./
