if its about something that is important thn its fine but some stupid issues drag you to an argument is always not nice.

@sol_cee that is what I usually do, but that too becomes a topic of discussion as the other person at times feels I am not paying attention to what he is saying.

Did it happen here in mylot or elsewhere?
Well, one thing you have to keep in mind is you can never change the opinion of anyone. I always remind myself that a person convinced out of his will has the same opinion still so no need to keep it heated.. Laugh about it

it happened at my home, I tried to avoid because it was some stupid issue, but I was kinda forced to get into it so that the other person feels he is getting attention to what he was saying. but he was not ok with the difference of opinion. so, I just left in the middle of an argument as I could clearly see the tension building up between us.

@Adilzargar You just ignore it. The more you entertain them, the more they will destroy your day.

Sometimes we can't get out of it no matter how we've tried to stay away from it.

it's so pathetic, and have to live with it, as these people are our loved ones and close to heart.

I think it is better to start a day with an argument than to go to bed angry. Yes that argument may ruin the day but greater things can always happen during the day if you don't let it get you down.

Yeah there are days like that. Keep your cool and just try to stay away like what I'm doing at the moment.

patience is very important thing in life, but if you always avoid the arguments the negative things will create house in your heart, and then suddenly you blast the emotion, its good to avoid the argument but not always, you need to understand that every relation need same feeling and same sacrifice at the end

arguments are an inevitable part of life my friend. BUt the key is, even if you get stuck in an argument, go out for a while, or close your eyes and try to think clearly. Sometimes, apologizing even if it was not your fault helps. I do that with my husband most of the time. We start an argument, if it reaches out of hand, I go away and stand in the balcony and drink some water. I come back and say sorry and go on bout as usual with my work. Trust me, It works most of the time.
