Hot roast beef with melted cheese and mayo

This is what I am having for lunch today. I have a New Orleans Po-Boy craving and this place makes the best ones around here! The restaurant is called "Taste of New Orleans." Pretty good pricing, good food and lots of it! Roast beef is not necessarily Cajun but I love it! They also have a lot of Cajun dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, etc. Catfish and shrimp po-boys.
