It is hot today!

I don't do well in hot weather under normal circumstances. I get heat stroke, migraines, rashes, and ended up in the hospital a few times. I drink my water, take my vitamins, blah, blah, blah, but it still gets to me. Now with taking care of a 3 year old and being pregnant, it is harder. So, I came home to take a break and rest in the A/C. My 'to do' list can wait. I don't want to end of passing out on my babies.

hi Colene I live in Garden g?rove and its snny but very windy so its not that hot here. IL think the reeze is coming right off the Pacific Ocean as we are only about five or six miles from the ocean, WE used to live in Tustin and drive to Hemet at times for eggs.

I would love to drive to the ocean right about now lol. Garden Grove is much nicer than Hemet, too. :)

My husband doesn't do well in hot weather either. It hasn't been as bad as yours, but he does suffer from heat stroke and sweats a lot. It's not easy for him. Take it easy. Stay cool.

Being pregnant in hot weather can be hard. My second baby was born in August. I had an hour drive to work and no a/c in my car. It was brutal, but I survived. It is warm here today... finally. I'm in Ontario, Canada, though. I know California has had some pretty hot weather already this year. Stay cool and drink lots of water.

I think I am a glutton for punishment. I have an October baby, July baby, and now a September baby. :( I have 2 born in March and those summers were easier, but full of lots of puking lol. I also have a June baby, but it wasn't too brutal because the summer hadn't really started yet. Spring here is really hot though. :(

It I helpful to get a heatbag (the eort filled with beans or corn) and put it in the freezer for a few hours. When it is very cold place it on the back of your neck. This works for me when I feel I am getting overheated.

It is the opposite here in our city (Calgary) north of the border. It is raining but not hard! I like it . . for the lawn.

@cpefley Well, lots of our friends south of the border are just waiting for the result of the presidential election - - if Donald Trump wins, I guess thousands will cross the border, so scared of what Donnie would do next!

I'm not crazy about the hot weather. So, I am not looking forward to the summer. I will have to find ways to deal with it.

I don't do well in heat either, I don't know what I was thinking moving to Florida with this heat!! But this is where the work is for my husband so we kind of had to even though I hate it because of how hot it is. I hope you feel better!

Ewww Florida is hot AND humid! It is dry here, but it still makes me sick. The humidity is so nasty though. :(
