Women who do not see their children

I can not speak for other countries, cities, places, but i can personally from Spain. There are women who do not see their children (even though they desire). The town hall, deputation or other organisms create barriers between mother and child. Some women even take 4 years or more without seeing their children not not even 1 minute. Separate the children of mothers and take them to live with families that the mother does not know therefore the mother has no idea like how they will care for their children if they love them... I ask how many countries boast of freedom of diplomacy ... And I say that is liberty when a mother forbid him from seeing his son. What do you think? Yes i have fantastic english Question: If I get you right, you are referring to mothers who allow their child to be adopted and then want to see the child? Answer: No here mother lose child without they want the governing take child to send to like in old time call (orphanages) they call now shelters if im not wrong where child go to live. Some child go to shelters and some go with 1 familly adoption. 1.- the mother is not agree to lose baby (i call it kidnapping) 2.- the mother has enought years to care for him just because maybe the mom dont have enought school instruction, money... But when they get the child i think the mom has the right to watch their child who know like 1 day per week. But some mom cant because the judge, city hall, deputation denied visits I dont know if i could explain it well with my low english

If I get you right, you are referring to mothers who allow their child to be adopted and then want to see the child? Well, if that is the case, things are not as good as they should be. I have always been of the opinion that moms have always been someone with a special heart for their child(ren) and it would be a real pain for them (mentally) if such a thing happens. That said, as I am unaware of how strong hearted the women of Spain are, it would be unfair for me to just say that and stop. Things also depend on a lot of other factors - and circumstances can make us do things that we might never have expected to.

I believe if allowed to do the same, our own child services agency would be snatching up babies left and right. There is a lot of greed, corruption and discrimination among those involved in the CPS. If you are a single /divorced parent other people will jump at the chance to fault everything you do as a parent because they think you can't do a good job on your own. In many cases such prejudice leads to them calling CPS over really ridiculous things like (just for example) not giving your child chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

What's child care like in Spain? What laws on child care are implemented there? Here in the Philippines, we have the service called Bantay Bata, (Child Watch in English, roughly translated). It has a hotline that allows civilians to call in case the child is being abused. Once this happens, the social welfare takes custody of the child from the parents.

What do you mean? The child is forcibly separated from a mother for adoption. Is that right? Or the woman is in minor age?

That is awful that a mother could lose custody of her child for no good reason!

I think in that country women are more profession oriented. In India liabilities are shared equally by men and women.

Is the mother not allowed by law to see the child? Well, every mother has the right to see her child and take care of her/him. But some circumstances sometimes prevent them from seeing her child like when she is working overseas, however, they can still still see each other using modern technologies like skype, livechat, FB.
