Kind ghost?

14 years ago, when I was small I usually sleep with my mom. But one day, my mom told me to sleep by myself in my dad's room (they sleep separately because of his insomnia). At the middle of night, I felt a woman waking me up. She asked me if I wanted to sleep with my mom and I said yes. She held my hand and we were walking to my mom's room. When I look at the clock, I saw that she has a long hair and long, plain, white dress. I cant see her face because of her hair. In the morning, I woke up in my mother's room at the corner of the bed. When I asked everybody in my house, they said they didn't bring me there... And about 6 months ago, my parents left the country for work. I stayed in my mother's room since it has the comfiest bed. At night, I did a videocall with my girlfriend. We fell asleep with the videocall still on. About 2 in the morning, she woke up, but at a state where she can see but cannot move her body. She said she saw a woman in a long, plain, white dress standing behind me who was asleep. the woman walked outside of the laptop camera range, towards my laptop. Suddenly the videocall ended. We meet up the next day and told me about it. I think it's probably the same one from when I was a kid? maybe? But sometimes I think "maybe she was just helping me back to my mom's room" and "maybe she turned the videocall off to save my laptop's battery (lol)"
