Funny Rat Story

Earlier tonight I was talking on the phone with my friend, sitting on my bed. Of course - as usual if I'm in my bedroom - I was being stalked by a rat. Two of my rats have this issue with stalking me. They take turns sitting atop the wheel in their cage watching me. If its not one, its the other! Tonight it was the black and white one, Everlee.
Apparently, Ms. Everlee fell asleep on the job though. Midway through the conversation I hear a loud PLOP and look over to see there is no longer a rat on the wheel. A second later, I see a rather confused looking rat pop up. Everlee had fallen asleep and fell right off the top of the wheel.
That will teach that little stalker!

I had heard about guinea pigs and wheels, but I hadn´t thought that rats did the same things.
