Aura Gael I don't know the answer but I'll stick with my eggs. They give me a nice even satiation and I'm not hungry again for quite a few hours. Cheerios would make me hungrier. :)

Aura Gael I have trouble with focus too. I have been practicing a little Qi Gong, which is really a type of moving meditation and am getting many benefits, including improvement on focus.

Aura Gael Well my job doesn't completely reflect my personality but I do work outside and prefer that to office work. I also prefer to work by myself too and only have the occasional human interaction.
