My Job

My job entails going into people's yards to clean up dog mess. I know. Gross but hey it's a job. It's outside and I don't have to be trapped inside an office, chained to a desk all day, wearing clothes I hate all day. I'd rather be walking the dogs that make that mess but I'm not in good enough shape anymore to do that. I used to do that. And even then I wasn't in that good of shape. However, I've made some changes to my nutrition and I'm noticing that this outside job has helped with my energy levels and I'm not tired when I'm finished like I was when I first started. Other good things about this job, besides getting paid to do it and being outside is that it gets me up early. I had been sleeping too late and having a difficult time getting myself back into a rhythm I wanted to be in. Being summer I am getting some sun. I do the bulk of my work in the morning and I'm generally home by early afternoon sometimes earlier. I'm working three days a week for only a few hours each of those days. I'm out there by myself with no boss looking over my shoulder. I text her in the morning to let her know when I'm starting and then I call her at the end of my route and let her know I'm finished and fill her in on anything significant.

It's ok. There are things I like about it. But then there's stuff I don't. :) But that would be any job so that's ok.

We do what we have to in order to make money. I guess as long as it gets the stuff done and pays bills. You have a good day ahead.

Yes, that's pretty much what's going on here, doing what I have to do.
