The child is crying everyday, how you handle it ?

I have a nurse about 4 years old, and the parents are working, Too busy for their works. The grandma has to take care.
She is very naughty at this age, everything she take out and break .Of course she was scolded and beaten. She shout for food and milk.
Everyday she cries because of her mis-doing.
Grandma always shouted at her, sometimes with bad words.........
I hope time will change her habbits.

I think it's better if everyone respects each other. what i mean is we don't have to shout or get scolded. when the child will grow up, he/she will do the same thing as the elder do right now. It's not a good to scold or shout the child because sometimes children now at these days are quite sensitive. I have a lot of nephews and niece here and i treat them good. and they also treat me good as well. The child gains trust to those people who has high patience I hope this would help you :)

Yep you're a good parent and uncle. The more pressure you put the harder it hit back. Violence can't solve the problem. Try to love each other.

Is a good solution to have a nanny, but too expensive for fees now almost $100. So the grandma has to take care, beside there are 2 of them only. Keep the child for her company lo. But make her too much stress.

Toddler is not that easy to handle. You need more and more patience.
