Started exercising since yesterday

Finally, that day arrived when I started exercise all over again. Mere jumping jack and push ups, but they did add some good freshness in my day. Although it's a second day, I would like to ask, starting it all over makes you feel more tired at the end of the day? Cause last night, I went to sleep almost an hour early. I couldn't come online and contribute here. But I must say, the type of sleep that I got yesterday was most peaceful! What are your thoughts?

Thanks, I read somewhere that the reason why I'm feeling fatigue and tiredness when I wake up, was due to the bad quality of sleep. So, it called for me doing exercise, I'll keep it going! :)

keep it up! the say it takes 6 weeks of consistently doing something new to make it a habit, so even when you don't feel like going, go anyway! :)

Thanks for saying that! It so happened today morning that I had almost skipped it. But then later, I reduced the count, but just kept the momentum of exercise!

Yup... seems so... yr body must hv lost tat stamina or flexibility... so tis work out brings extra stretch to yr muscles n consumes more energy... so u may feel tired... n after any physical hardship u surely will hv deep sound sleep...

Ya, the effects are so very good I must say! I've been taking my dog for a walk beforehand, so it adds up. My mind is also calm and composed the whole day, loving this time of life! :)

@Pankhini Yes, maybe it is what I always needed. I still have that conversation in my mind that, maybe I'll fall asleep and what not. But I'm feeling very good about the state of my mind right now.

Thanks! However, I could feel a bit of body pain, but later on, I remembered "No pain, no gain!"

I do think we really need to do some exercises. It is a part of keeping fit. I also do brisk walking.
