What is your weight loss plan?

I gained so much weight when I gave birth to my daughter. It's hard to fit all my clothes. I remember when I told to my sister " Is there a tailor nearby who can adjust my clothes?" Then, She said, " Don't adjust your clothes, adjust your body". So, I started taking notes of every food that I eat. I called it " My Meal Diary". I start counting calories in every food that I ate. I started a 90-day No Rice Challenge plan. Morning I drink Green Tea, Snack - Carrot Stick or Cucumber Stick, Lunch - 1 cup of cornflakes or oatmeal with soymilk, Infused water; Snacks - Sunflower seeds; green tea, infused water ; Dinner - Tomato Cucumber Salad or any fresh fruits. green tea, infused water. I know everyone of us has a cheat day. Whenever we have friends and family bonding, I joined in their cheat day once a week. I ate their meal, but I always remind myself not to eat rice. It's my 6 weeks now, doing this weight loss plan. And I'm happy to say I shed 8 kilos - It really works!

That is wonderful, well done! I've recently made some diet changes as well, and I feel much better for it also. To look at the scale and feel proud of yourself is a really nice feeling.

its easy to get fat but its hard to remove weight but in your condition that the reason for gaining weight because you give birth.. I think exercise will fit you

Yes. I also do lawn tennis, badminton, and basketball twice a week. But Jogging is not my cup of tea.

Way to go Grace. I have a weight gain goal for mid-June to gain 5 pounds.
