I myself don't like reading books that much really. It seems to take to much time and since I can't stay still for so long and concentrate, books actually bore me. Do you like reading books? If you do, what type of books and also your favourite book?

I do enjoy reading books now and then. My favorite ones are thriller types of books, they keep me in suspense and I love it.

Have you read anything by Ted Dekker? He's like the Christian version of Stephen King. I love his books.

I am a total and complete bookworm. I would and could sit and read all day if I didn't have other responsibilities. Oh, who am I kidding? Sometimes I just ignore the responsibilities and get lost in a good book anyway! (Sorry, kids! Today mom's got a good book, so we're all fasting!) My favorite authors are Ted Dekker, Karen Hancock, Janette Oke, Liz Curtis Higgs... If I had to pick an all-time fictional favorite book, it would probably be Arena by Karen Hancock.

@bacon147 Every now and again I come across a t.v. show that does that to me. Like the show Leverage.

I'm like that but with the TV haha. I always get lost when I'm watching TV, but when I'm reading a book I tend to lose focus quite fast.

I love reading books. I have only once read a novel. I don't think I can read novels much unless it is super interesting. I love reading stories, random interesting stuff. Science related. Mysteries, horror. I can read all day without getting bored!

I was raised with many books around me to read. When I was a child, my mom.always read me books. Up to now, if I do not have the hard copy, I will just download over the net to be able to read. In fact, reading books become the reason I get ambitious. My favorites are the novels written by Paulo Coelho. They are too many to mention. I also love the "Eat, Love, and Pray" by Elizabeth Gilbert. I would love to read more books in the future. In fact, I wanted to write a review about them in my blog.

@bacon147 Not yet. I am planning to do it in the near future when I have already my own laptop. At present, I am just using my phone to do mylotting. It will be more comfortable to do this in laptop or desktop.

@annierose - I agree with you because I tried to run a blog entirely on my phone. It worked out alright(about +-350 views a month), but it was still hard to do. With a PC, I'm sure it could've been better.

I really like ... no, not like... I LOVE reading books. Way back then, my favorite books are Da Vinci Code, Digital Fortress, Angels and demons All these books written by Dan Brown. But now, as I aged my goal is to read at least 1 business book per month. I can't believe that in 2 weeks time, I was able to read 3 business books. I already beat my monthly goal. My favorite books right now are authored by Brian Tracy, Robert Kiyosaki, Bo Sanchez, Bob Proctor, and Napoleon Hill. The secret ... reduce your time surfing ( e.g. Facebook) on the internet and borrow 1 hour of your usual time watching television series. Happy Reading everyone :-)

I definitely love reading books. I spend a lot of time reading. I love escaping into a different world, as well as reading about the achievements of others. My favourites are biographies and historical fiction.

well, some people don't like books, that's fine. I do love 'em though. I can easily zone out and see the world differently with a book and I don't find it boring to read novels; they're interesting and when the story is really good, then I can stay on it for 2 days until its done. I especially love adventure and mystery. I'm not into romance like most girls are..
