@buzzg3 No not really - he pops in regularly but I'm always delighted to see him. I'm lucky to have such a wonderful son.

@buzzg3 There are not many reasons to be happy on a Monday. That said the climate was better than last few week and I am having a less hectic day at office. So nothing to complain about. So what's buzzing?

@buzzg3 thanks for your concern yes I'm taking a medicines for it. I'm still trying to find a natural way to completely stop panic attacks. I don't want to rely on meds forever.

@meowch It would be easy to do it naturally if you find out the reason behind the attacks....I would suggest you try yoga....pranayama is supposed to have helped a lot of discomforts associated to breathing...my migraines did subside when i practiced yoga...and then i got too lazy...going to try yoga again though....

Panic Attacks! That sounds scary. Hope your fine now. Are you on meds? This sounds something like my prayers for my usual migraine to not spoil my whole day. Hope you never ever have a panic attack meowch
