Despedida Party

This afternoon we are going to attend a "Despedida" or Send Off party of one of the Department Heads in this institution. She has been here for 26 years but because of an issue between her and the Vice - President of this institution, she decided to leave. She has been an asset here. She will be a big loss to the institution.

yeah , i feel sad for her . but i know in the future she will find a job that really suite to her .

She is a Dentist and has her own clinic. She said she will devote all her time on her clinic after she left this institution.

@hereandthere .. Correct. At least now, she is the boss of herself. Nobody to give her commends. And she will have good earnings also because she can give focus to her patients.

I do think she is an asset with the institution. That's the sad thing if there is a conflict.

That, we don't know. It will be her last day tomorrow but still no replacement.
