As I type in these words there are pictorial representations of over-sized tummies all over. They claim they can cure the curvature by a click. I am tempted to leave my discussion to find a solution to return to my pre pregnancy normal tummy. But my little brain orders me that nothing is worth more than earning a dime in here.
There's a cream, a tool, a belt, a pose, a traditional herb from the deep forest and a few bi-monthly emails (unless you unsubscribe it !) that will coax you into getting into a tabata routine!!!!
Well, What I do to get that trim tummy has been a globally approved, low cost and implemented technique............
The moment you hear...Say Cheese!.... You just hold your tummy in and hold your breath. Voila! Your tummy is invisible
Curious huh !

Don't believe the hype that they can rid you of your flabby tummy. Just beware that most are scams. I think proper exercise and diet will do wonders for a trim and beautiful tummy!

A few years ago, my wife and I put up a challenge to lose the most percentage weight in a period of time. Besides working together, it was a good challenge. People asked, "so what diet pill or procedure did you do"? Umm, nothing, I counted calories and made sure that I hit my calorie count. Then they asked, "What about exercise". My answer was: "Ohhh no, that's not gonna happen".
So no pill or no miracle allowed me to lose the weight, but in 10 weeks I dropped 53 pounds.
