Temptation to food

One of my problems is that I cannot resist to some of the tasty food especially the snacks though I do not take it regularly I do take it once in a while. With the goal of losing 20 kilogram, weight I do think I should resist taking the tasty foods that I love taking. How do you stop taking the tasty foods and snacks you love taking?

I love food, but I never take snacks, this helps a lot not to gain weight.

There are lots of snacks available in our place that people do take with tea.

@ajithlal There are a lot of snacks here too, that people eat with coffee or cappuccino, but I avoid to eat them.

You can try to replace the tasty snacks with something else that is healthy. Or preoccupy with something very satisfying activity that time just go by quickly.

I also love snack food like you.i think you can just replace snack food with healthy food that can help you being more healthy person.it is also can make you be more energy .just try it!

Oh! Ajith ...Nice bumping into a co-foodie. I am equally in love with food as you are. I just wrote up a discussion now and I find that you have also written on food . Snacks happen to be the culprit. Stop having deep fried snacks and stick to healthy steamed or boiled snack options bro. I reduced my baby fat by just cutting down on snacks and eating 5-6 small meals per day. It worked. Cut down on sugar and whites for a couple of weeks and see the difference. I am gonna check on you on that

@buzzg3 How much weight you are able to lose total. I think most probably five to six small meals would make me less hungry and sometimes I do eat around two or three big meals a day.
