Temptation to food

One of my problems is that I cannot resist to some of the tasty food especially the snacks though I do not take it regularly I do take it once in a while. With the goal of losing 20 kilogram, weight I do think I should resist taking the tasty foods that I love taking.
How do you stop taking the tasty foods and snacks you love taking?

Oh! Ajith ...Nice bumping into a co-foodie. I am equally in love with food as you are. I just wrote up a discussion now and I find that you have also written on food .
Snacks happen to be the culprit. Stop having deep fried snacks and stick to healthy steamed or boiled snack options bro. I reduced my baby fat by just cutting down on snacks and eating 5-6 small meals per day. It worked. Cut down on sugar and whites for a couple of weeks and see the difference. I am gonna check on you on that
