A walk took longer than expected

This morning I went for another walking exercise because yesterday I experience another back pain for not doing much activity. Usually when ever I go to this part of neighborhood were my brother lives, takes merely 30 minutes to an hour back and forth. That includes a visit to my brother's house (to pee and refill my water bottle ) But as I walk back, I check the time and it was almost an hour already so I hurried back a little bit. What supposed to be just an 30 minute walk, turned into an hour and half. My feet was hurting a bit, but I'm happy I got home . Maybe next time I won't walk through the edge.

Why feel ? You can always start with stretching then go fort from there.

@Lucky15 no kiddin. then you can search the kind of exercise you want. there's a youtube i can recommend you it's called the fitness blender, they teach people ot exercise or warm up with out any kind of exercise equipment.

Hello @toniganzon you're right but I won't be doing it every day. I just walk every other day, while the other days I just use the treadmill to bike, just the stationary one.. my problem now is that I've eaten bit more than before.

At least you walked for that much without you noticing it. Hmm, i will be posting soon about the back pain i felt just lately and how i dealt with it.

Hello @SIMPLYD What the? how did you get it in the first place? I have a bad feeling that this is happening to me lately beause of sitting too long in the chair. In fact, I felt the pain weeks ago it was intense feeling, it's like static electricity in your spine. then,, doc realizes its the uric acid again.

Just continue doing your daily routine, maybe your feet was hurting a bit because your whole body was not used to walking anymore.

My body needs exercise too but I'm lazy to do that. Maybe walking a bit will do for me. Let's see.

That is very good exercise for you to walk 30 minutes to 1 hour and in those shoes it should be a nice walk.

@Marcyaz that's what I'm planning to do. though i already have 3 pairs, i let my brother borrowed one, the other it's already dirty and the other one is just not right with out socks.

Hello @Marcyaz Im actually starting to hate these shoes because it's not really suitable for a long hour work out. when it was given to me, it's already used. what sort of exercise do you do?

Doing exercise for the first time it really hurt lo. Before doing exercise a small warm out and mineral and vitamin supplement too [ moringa juice lo] 1st day just 50 % of the activities, over exercise can make you cramp and ache. Slowly and adjust then

I'm sorry @Chungshop but this wasn't the first time I've done walking. I don't know I wanted the big tree to grow first, I've consumed my moringa on my last soup. I'll check the tree to see if there's somethjing i can pull out. I actually wanted it to grow pods. Oh, i remember now, I think i didn't do much warm up and stretching.. by the way, how many is 100 grams of moringa leaf, is it a table spoon?

That only means you were enjoying it that time simply passed by without you even noticing it. Walking is a really good exercise. My boyfriend's niece lost 30 pounds because she has to walk all day at her work in a nursing home.

Hello @Raine38 That's what the doctor recommended to me the much pounds I need to loose, recently I lost nearly half of it. But I think these days that I prefer alternate exercise per day, I realized recently that walking every day causes me to have knee and other joint pains. Don't you exercise?

Hello @shubhu3 you need to find your own motivation. I had my lazy moments, but after the events that happened for months, walking had been my serious routine..this time with out the music I listen to. so, did you walk?

Sounds like a very good walk, I can tell the difference when I skip my walks. I usually walk two miles every other day, but sometimes it's raining and I hate to walk the treadmill.

Walking is my exercise everyday going to work after riding two jeepneys need to walk about 15mins more to reach my office and I just get used to it. Going home its also the same. At first my feet got hurt but walking every day gaves me a good exercise since I cannot do other exercise because work.
