Losing eighty-five pounds in a year was a lot of work but for me it was worth it. I have managed to keep off the weight since I got rid of it.
I had a bad scare, I couldn't eat I would cry and go into anxiety attacks every 20 minutes. It was not a good time in my life. The reason for it? Not sure.... I think my body was trying to tell me that I was going to either have a stroke or heart attack if I didn't smarten up.
It got really bad one day, my son had to call an ambulance because I couldn't breathe and my heart felt like it was going to explode. When I was taken into the hospital I was told it was acid reflux.
I made an appointment with my regular doctor and he delivered the bad news that my cholestral was up pretty high. He told me I had to take my health more seriously or I would die.
I thought about my son and how he needed me and prayed for help.
A co-worker told me about this game for the Wii called "The Biggest Loser" and how her aunt lost fourty pounds in a few months so I went and purchased it. I began doing the exercises on this game and the weight was melting off of me! I began including very long walks (16 kilometers) once a week and I ended up doing that for a year and lost 85 pounds!
I would like to start doing this again but I feel like my motivation is not there.
Lately I've been feeling crappy about myself.
I really need to snap out of that and get myself moving!!

Thanks so much! It was hard work but it paid off!!
Yesterday I ended up on my treadmill for 15 minutes and did a workout with this Wii game for 20 minutes, so I have set it for twice a week for now and the treadmill I will do every second day. My legs got the workout yesterday so they are pretty sore today haha.
Tennis is a good one I agree
