I just read an article that turmeric powder can solve your skin problem, can lose weight, and detoxifying. By adding small amount of powder to what your eating and drinking the result will be great. Is there anyone can add the use of turmeric powder?

We use it often to give a nice attractive color and taste when we make fried rice, we always have powdered turmeric in the house. I also at times mix it with mayo as dip for hard boild egg, eaten as is or with bread

i notice that fresh turmeric has thicker skin and much harder to peel than ginger. we once added slices of turmeric to lugaw (rice porridge/congee). but we have powdered turmeric now so maybe we'll try what you do - add to fried rice or mix with mayo.

Turmeric is just the ginger and we need to dig out from the soil. we used fresh or powder for cooking curry , leave also used Mostly use for spicy food, only very popular now because of its value. With other herbs they fight cancer too. Mixing some powder in rice or flour make yellow rice and cake lo. But not taste good in drink for me lo
