I read that early signs of pregnancy can include:
-missed menstrual period
-nausea
-extreme fatigue
-frequent urination
-tender breasts
-headache
-heartburn
-constipation
-spotting
-feeling faint
Did you experience more than one of these things before actually realizing you were pregnant? Did you have other symtoms maybe?

Well I knew I was pregnant before I physically felt anything. I just kinda new. The missed period usually comes first. Then the nausea, I didn't have fatigue until the last trimester. Definitley had heartburn through out the whole thing.

Hey. My first symptom was when my wife told me she was pregnant. LOL. She also confirmed the results of a home pregnancy test with a doctors visit. Take a home pregnancy test first if you suspect that you are pregnant, then follow up with a doctors visit.
