How do you react when migrated people complain about your place?

Hello everybody, I am currently located in an urban region. It is a very busy city which is crowded with people from different states. In a way it is good to see people with vivid culture in my place. It is good to interact them. But sometimes, these people having come from some other region, complain about my place. It could be related to food, language, commutation, etc. I simply feel like slapping them and sending them back to their place. I know it sounds arrogant. But no place, thing or person is perfect! How do you react to such people?
