Its been more than fours years in my current organisation. I have a team of four working under me, earlier it used to be five. As days are passing, I am finding the work monotonous, there are few changes but nothing really challenging. So, now I am thinking of moving on, find other options. What do you suggest on this?

I hate doing the same thing over and over again. I'm the kind of person who always wants to do something exciting. Whenever I feel that I'm becoming monotonous, I change my activities. I remember my friend once called me Toni Random Rawlings. He liked how I can just be so random and not boring.
I hope you do something that would break the monotony. Whatever makes you happy and lifts your spirit up is the best choice.
Good luck!

@Umesh_K Or you can just find yourself a new hobby or talk to new people to break the monotony. Sometimes that works without actually changing your job.

I had worked in such organization. But I made something that it will not be monotonous position. It is inevitable that we feel this way especially working in a regular routine. Try to find ways in killing the boredom at work. You can try to have some challenging tasks that still aims the goal of the organization with your team.

I agree, but there is nothing challenging left, and I started getting bored.
