I know a few people who are making a living out of online work and their blogs. However I am far away from it. I earn a little through online writing sites but my blogs are earning nothing at the moment.
Do you think it is possible to make a living through online work? How feasible it is?

This all depends on your hard work and time investments to be successful online. Personally it's kinda tiring if you're everywhere online instead of having just one site to manage and all. Oh well. It might also be due to priorities. If one focuses on making it online then that person needs to really be serious about it to make a living.

@swalia True, it's not enough to just be on one site. You have to go work on lots of websites to be able to earn enough. Ah well.

I prefer working on 4-5 sites at a given point of time. Online work is full of uncertainties and so I never rely on just one site.

I'm sure it is possible but it is not for everyone.

@swalia Often, it also takes money if one wants to start a business then they need a website and that takes expertise, costs money and a lot of time.

@1hopefulman It costs money if we hire a web designer but if make a basic website ourselves then it doesn't cost much.

I dont know. I have never been able to support myself just with online activities. I do not have a blog though, just GPT survey and writing sites. Its sometimes a stretch to make $100 online in a month. Best of luck though, I hope things pick up for you

I am not earning enough online and I find it very difficult to survive on online income alone. It's impossible for me but I know many who are doing so.

I worked online since 2008 and it help me to pay our monthly expenses including sending money to my parents. Just be patient and look for the legit employer.

Yes, if you can write high quality articles everyday. Not only write but support your articles with videos and pictures, good formatting and proper tagging.
You can work as virtual assistant, transcriptionist, etc. thru oDesk/Upwork, teach online, etc. etc.
You can sell services online too like on Fiverr.
There are many ways to earn online but of course it is NOT for everyone.

I also think so. Though I know some people who are making a living online but they are dabbling in too many projects at a time.

I make money online that is what I do for a living, but I also have an online store where a majority of my income comes from, I have a blog but right now it is more of a hobby then anything (it doesn't generate enough money yet). I also do work through online sources like postloop, swagbucks, bing, qmee, mturk and write e-books to help supplement my income. I don't know if you can make a living right now I make about part wages off of my online resources.

Well, that's encouraging. Can you please share a link for your ebooks?

@swalia I am kind of embarrassed about the one I am selling at the moment haha, it is the first of a mini series romantic post-apocalyptic. Right now I am working on a frugal one and the second book of the series. The first one should be available on kindle unlimited.
