Over the years, there have been several views to this issue of gender equality, sometimes conflicting views, Feminists views, activists, and sometimes great misundertandings and misnomer on the idea and concept of gender equality. What really comes to your mind when such an issues of discussion comes up?

I think this......
"Don't walk behind me; I may not lead.
Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow.
Just walk beside me and be my friend. "........Albert Camus

@Fordalong no, that's what I think of it at a personal level.
We have a lot of this inequality stuff at my workplace and it really bugs me at time

@Fordalong hence I don't think we can really discuss it, until we know the context

In simple terms, different treatment based on gender. It should not be confused. The word 'discrimination ' when used will entirely divert it.

There is no need for such equality. In India, the gender equality has already crossed the limit. The foreign ladies and women are feeling more responsible and living a meaningful life. They are doing the jobs of a good mother, good wife, and good a daughter in a more befitting manner than an Indian lady or women.

Their will be no equality until all will treated as human not men or women.
